FM Turbo and emission testing?
Anyone here done a front front turbo and emission testing. What was you set up? Would e85 be easier to pass?
I'm in Colorado which does a obd2, visual, and tailpipe sniffer, but anyone's experience is appreciated.

I'm assuming there's no way to keep the air pump (AIR) with a turbo.
E85 would be easier to pass the sniffer correct?

You can keep the air pump, but its not needed. Once the engine warms up and the cats are heated, the air pump shuts off and does nothing else for emissions. You can remove it and have it turned off through tuning. Unless they look for it in the visual part of the inspection, then you might want to keep it.
You might want to consider a rear mount turbo if you are worried about emissions. Just replace the cats with offroad pipes, and on emissions day just swap back to your cats, after passing test go back to your offroad pipes and enjoy the rest of the year.
