Turbo too small?

Turbo too small? I'm looking to get a kit off a friend he was running a twin turbo set up I plan on doing a single turbo the problem might be its .43 ar all I plan on running fr now is 5-7 psi will a turbo that flows that be too small?
I wouldn't go any smaller then .81 backside, assuming this is going on a ls1.....

.AR makes little difference.
It's the turbine wheel size that matters and the compressor wheel size that matters.
Run the biggest turbine and compressor side possible and the tightest AR housing on the turbine side as possible for optimal results.
That said that turbo is way too small.
