procharged ls1 running slow
dont just accept this and put a cam etc in, figure out this problem, fix it, and then start modding. there is definetly something wrong. what plugs are you running and what are they gapped at? you could be blowing spark out too. does the car sound terrible during a pass?
first thing i would do is throw the stock rockers back on and take it out and make a hit. see what happens. just make sure you only change one thing at a time

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
1) Pulling massive amounts of timing from the IAT, ECT, Knock, or burst knock tables
2) It's rich as hell which will kill power
3) Misfires
4) Stock y-pipe and a blower do not go hand in hand at all. A blower has to have great exhaust to get the charge out to get new charge in.
These are just a few of many possible things wrong. Best thing you could do is log it with HPT.
If I were you I'd listen to the guys above and start with throwing in some TR6's with a .032-.035 gap and get that tune fixed. Don't regap yours, just get a fresh set. That AFR is very rich, and you may have fouled some plugs out. That's easy stuff to start with, cause you're WAY off from where you should be.
I ran a 11.88 at 120mph on a 1.8 60' on 8lbs, full weight plus roll bar and moser 9". my AFr's are in the mid to low 11's as well. Granted I have LS6 heads and a 224r cam and full exhaust. But I also run Meth 50/50 mix. No intercooler.
a D1 on 9 psi should make more then my set up or right at it. 510whp ish
