2.5" or 3.0 ic pipe

For 6.0l from intercooler to throttle body i ordered 2.5" couplings since i already had the pipe. Do i need 3"

I would go atleast 3inch!

If inlet/outlet on IC is 3", go 3". Don't want to neck down. If exit on IC is 2.5, probably won't make a difference so, use what you have.

No. It won't make a difference for the power you're going to be making. The outlet on my turbo is 2.5" which is what prompted my decision for 2.5" IC piping.
