Custom Intercooler...where?
Custom Intercooler...where? I'm considering having a new intercooler made. It would be exactly like the one I have now. Only reason I'm thinking this is I have a bunch of damaged fins and, it was sprayed painted black to conceal it. If I get a new one made I would just hae it anodized black.
1. Where is a good place to hae one made? Would be easy as I would just send them mine and say make it the same but black.
2. Any issues with black and heat transfer?
3. Would black anodized fade?

Bell intercoolers in TX will build you anything you want. Just send in your measurements, design, or like you said; your current intercooler and they will do the rest.
The black anodize won't affect heat transfer much if at all.
