Which heads and intake

Which heads and intake ive been h/c for a while and my trickflow heads are milled too much to have compression where it needs to be so ill be selling my heads and intake... My question is which would be a better combo? Use 243 heads and the victor jr. and a big elbow or using a set of ls3 heads and a ls3 intake.... Plan is to use a vortech v3 and run 8-9 lbs and 10.5 compression
