I know a lot of you guys are removing your EVAP system, but is there any downside to leaving it on? Will the EVAP system cause a boost leak? Or will it be able to withstand the boost pressure? I'm leaving it on because this is a CA truck, so I would like to leave as much smog stuff on so there is less work to be done come smog time.

 

Mine's still on my car with no adverse side effects.
