air cooler options?

air cooler options? I am starting to get list of parts together to start my twin 76mm turbo build and want to know on intercooler. Should I go with air to air or water to air? If I did water to air would have ice tank and the heat sink radiator. My biggest deal is this is street car but not everyday driver so don't want to be stopping and icing constantly, that's the reason for heat sink radiator. However I will race this car at the dragstrip in a bracket class so wouldn't a air/water cooler be more consistent? I would ice at strip. Just afraid the cooling radiator deal (heat sink) wouldn't be enough under regular driving. This setup with be high boost, good head go fast setup, 1000-1200+ rwhp setup.
So basically all I'm asking is:
air to air with meth injection
air to water with heat sink and ice tank (iced when at strip or know pushing it)
air to air stand alone
Please give any and all opinions for coolers.
