Turning up the boost to a bajillion psi is not going to change the fact that the car is a dog down low. If it's a dog under no/low boost, setting the max boost is not going to do ****.

Now make more boost earlier in the powerband (with smaller turbos) will definitely decrease the slugginess down low...but simply maxing out the boost up top is not going to be the answer for his problems.
