On3 oil feed hole is not 1/8 NPT, it's something weird. I bought flange for mine with a 1/8 NPT female hole. I will be running -3AN feed and -10AN drain.

Drain hole is un-threaded I believe, you will need a flange as well. Generic T4 flanges work. I got mine on eBay.

ya disregard, i'm retarded lol. the listing clearly states
"To ensure the longevity of your turbocharger, we normally run 1/8" feed and a 5/8" return. This is very important and without this properly sized, you can cause damage to the product"

-3AN fittings have a 1/8" inside diameter. Chad (the on3 guy) recommended I use a restrictor on the feed because my oil pressure gets up to 80psi. He said no smaller than 1/16". Although many people use them without restrictors without issues.

I can get the fittings needed for this turbo if anyone is interested. The drain requires an offset flange to clear the compressor housing and is -10an. The feed line has a built in restrictor for the turbo and is -4an

Im running -3 feed with no restrictor and -10 return. My feed on the turbo was 1/8npt but I got an early unit I believe. My roommate bought 2 of these for his camaro and one was 1/8th and the other was something weird like stated before. Anyway Ive been running the oil like that for over 3000 miles with no problem

I run a -6 and it "Y"s into -4. I did have to ad a restictor. I was getting a little excess oil. Couldn't drain quick enough. I also have -10 drain lines and no restrictions to stop draining. The set up like this I have had NO issues. Runs perfect. No excess smoke, etc...
