Procharger intercoolers!?

Procharger intercoolers!? Was wondering if anyone has had trouble with the procharger intercoolers not flowing well? (IE, MAJOR RESTRICTION)
I posted in another thread that I was not making the power I should be and maxing out my f1-x procharger. Come to find out after hundreds of $ and countless hours trying to figure out what was going on.. I found the inter cooler to be restrictive. I'm making 30+lbs pre Intercooler and only 15-16lbs post Intercooler. I swapped Intercoolers lastnight and had the same problem.. Actually I made about 2 more lbs of boost to the motor...
Currently running prochargers 1300hp Intercooler In a 2010 Camaro.
No boost leaks, no kinked tubing. All tubing is minimum 3"..
