Another LS9 head question

Another LS9 head question Been searching for 2 hours and havent been able to find the part number to order a set of bare LS9 heads from GM. WCCH claims on there website that they offer them for 410.00 a set. So i was wondering what i could get them for at the dealership. Ive seen the GM complete LS9 head but places want about a 1000 bucks each.
Also has anyone else seen the LS9 valvetrain kit offered by Jegs, or summit? Includes everything you will need to assemble a bare LS9 head for 465 each. So by my math you should be able to assemble yourself a set of LS9 heads for around 1300-1350 minus rockers. Seems like a fair deal, and im not sure why places are selling them for a grand a piece if you can assemble them yourself for 650 bucks each? Or am i missing something?
