Quick spark plug question

ok ive got a 76mm turbo ls1 engine with stock compression and stock everything else except fuel supply, turbo, and oil pump.
my question is what should i gap my plugs to? and what would a good set of plugs be to get from an auto parts store?

ok thanks, im buying those tomorrow but im going to gap them to .025..thats what my tuner wants me to do.

I'm using Ngk br7ef. These are non projected, 2 step colder. Gapped at .028.
16-17psi on my setup.

BR7 non-projected tip, gap will depend on boost level.

I took my BR7EF's to .026. plannin on 16-20lbs roughly.
