Turbo Cam Discussion It seems like there's a thread about turbo cams popping up every few days. Since it seems to be voodoo, maybe a few of the knowledgeable guys could step in and share a little info about what they would use in a given situation and their reasoning. There was a decent discussion recently but it ended up turning into an argument.
So, for the sake of discussion, let's say the setup is a stock 5.7, 3500 raceweight, stick car. What cam would you run with a gt45? S475 with 96mm turbine? Twin 6266's? What about with an auto? I'm not so concerned with the streetability aspect, obviously smaller cams will be more tame and drive nicer, I'm really just curious about et. What are you looking at when picking a turbo cam?
