turbo advice (trying to learn)

Currently i'm running an LS1 and nitrous set up that should be in the 11's on motor and possibly high tens nitrous. I don't know anything about turboing ls motors. so i'm looking for a place to read and do some learning

I have a forged internals ls1 with 11:1 compression. I realize that I have to lower compression to get any real boost in there. I'm looking to break 700 rwhp. any suggestions for lowering compression or getting a new motor would be great

what heads are on it? if you're using flat top pistons then switching over to 317 heads with LS9 gaskets will allow you to throw more than enough boost at it to hit the numbers. (with E85 or Meth)
