Looking awesome!

That drain looks a little shallow though... It will be interesting to see if that works well.

Very nice job! I would love to see the look of your unsuspecting victim's faces right after they just got smoked by an early model 4 door beemer.

Stainless steel has a greater expansion rate than mild steel, with that in mind and the greater temps that will result from the crossover pipe being wrapped, plus the greater amount of expansion that will result due to it's length, I would be concerned about expansion related stress without a bellows joint unless I missed that you've addressed it already early in the thread.

I can't imagine that you haven't addressed it at least in thought given the perfection displayed in the design and weld joints.

The alternator is a general Chevrolet unit that was used on almost all of their vehicles for years. The relocation kit was from Hawks Third generation.

As far as the flex joint in the crossover, everyone has a different opinion. Seems 50/50 with those who say I need one and those who say I dont.... any input from you guys would be good!

Is there some sort of math or jig you use to get the cuts right the first time to merge the port 90 degree pieces to the log portion? Is it just trial and error or do you use a scrap mandrel bend plain steel piece or what ?

The supercharger is currently a oversized paperweight.

no jigs, no math. I just drew some halfway straight lines with a sharpie and started cutting... hoping for the best.

the feed is taped into the oil cooler adapter, the fitting in the pan is for the oil return
