Turbo on SS Hey guys, just wanted to get some opinions.
An STS turbo kit will be going on an SS Truck.
The basic kit at 4.5-5psi, on the reg silvy's, works on the stock setup, pump/injectors.
My question is, will an in-line pump or replacement in-tank pump be neccessary at 9psi with an alky kit?
If so, what do you recommend?
My exp. tells me yes, we're going to need one, just wanted to run it past you guys.
Also, on a boosted genIIItruck or ls1, how much hp can the stock pump handle?

On every boosted LS1 I know, they go with a minimum of an Walbro 255 inline pump. I had trouble with the inline sucking the lines dry faster than the intank could provide it on my Tahoe with a Procharger. Swapped to an intank pump, and all is well.
