2k turbo project I have a low mile lq4 going into my protouring 71 monte carlo.
think "cavernous engine bay".
I have 2k to put together EVERYTHING I need in a turbo package for it, and I want to push 575-600 in the mid range...not looking to spin the hell out of it for a peak hp number
I don't want to crack anything but the valve cover to add springs...no cam, no rod bolts etc etc.
what would the econo turbo gurus suggest I use to get where I want to be?
please feel free to link ebay,cxracing,on3 etc for your thoughts.
I'm all ears here. I've been reading for a few weeks and I honestly feel like I haven't absorbed more than a drop of info in this ocean of knowledge.
