Pros and cons on TT vs ST?

Pros and cons on TT vs ST? I know I wanna boost my ls, but i'm not sure if I want to use a single turbo or a twin turbo setup. I would like to get between 600 to 700whp but I want good throttle response as well. Is anyone willing to give me a short lesson?
This is going to happen, so im going to say it now. Did you bother to search? Did you bother to read any of the above stickies? Their are TONS of threads on this very subject.
