Default E85 setup?

I'm goin e85 with my turbo setup I'm still in the buying/planning stage my car is a 98 and ice read where there is alot of tuning problems with the 98 PCM and turbo/e85 setup what's y'all's opion as far has the computer goes or would I be better off either converting to blow thru carb setup and how well should it the carb setup work with a turbo. I'm not new to Forced induction but never tried or had a blow thru setup. Or should I just run with what I have and stay fuel injected.

I would do the 99+ pcm swap if your worried about tuning issues.

Back in Sept I had a custom E85 blow thru carb built, by the time it was done I was in it over $1000 not includeing the boost ref. regulator, oversize fuel log and EV carb hat, it works awesome, builder says its good for up to 900HP before it needs a $450 dual needle and seat upgrade. Because my set up is a max effort drag car I feel 900hp is not enough anymore and I havent even taken it on the track yet, I'm repulsed at the thought of sticking another $450 in the carb. I'm not sure what the stock ecu can achieve on E85 but its probably a lot more than a carb can do and if you already own one your ahead of the game price wise. At this point I wish I would have gone efi, I could have had a nice holley dominator efi for the price I have in the carb set up.

From what I read it's not the e85 that's the problem with the 98 PCM it's the injector driver and manor being able to run a 3 bar map sensor
