It's not what you're asking but IMO spending the money on any cam with this combo is a waste as you would be better off with the stock cam and a better turbo.

Another option is Tick Performance Turbo Stage 1 cam. It's:
Turbo Stage I 226 226 .60x .60x 114+3
Compared to Speed Inc's TU1:
TU1 225 225 .581 .581 113
It has a little more lift and duration and similar LSA.
Either are good grinds. What are your hp/boost goals? Keeping it stock bottom?

i dont think anyone has maxed this turbo out yet.it will definitely make more power than the magnum t76 that is a very old design.(uses the TO4 housing) denmah put one on a 6.0 in a truck here is the tread

With a 5.3 drive pressure will obviously be less than that of a LS1 with that turbo, but I'm with Jim I'd rather see you use something better with a larger turbine wheel.
Then you'll have some room to get some overlap out of the cam profile without choking the thing worse than it would already be choked with that turbine wheel and a cam with enough overlap to get the lope that you want.
If you want some lope you could go with our 226/235 .605"/.610" 114+3 which is "classified" as a LS3 Stage 1 turbo cam, but it would work fine with your set-up and a GT45 or anything with a decent sized turbine wheel.
