Got it all down two days ago . My brother came over and it totally takes two people to do it . I was underneath holding the tool on and a 3/4 socket. I don't see how we would have done it another way with prying but its on and done . I just hope i don't have to do that again . The tool needs a major rework . The idea is there it just doesn't work correctly . Got the thing locked on at 15 and everything is good to go .

I never had the tensioner tool because I bought my entire system used and the guy didn't send it. I have the same SDCE tensioner also. I removed the stop bracket on top of the tensioner. CAREFULLY place a pry bar on the pulley itself, then tighten the 3/4 nut holding the tensioner. Def not the ideal way cause you can damage the pulley on the tensioner, so that's why I said be EXTREMELY CAREFUL doing it this way. But My belt has not slip whatsoever!! Also, Do you have the idler pulley on the SDCE bracket as loose as possible?? That will allow the most room for adjustment. Good luck.
