I have an appointment with MTI on Tuesday of next week to get it tunned. so we will see I am an M6 I am running a 2.65 pulley to start out with and will go to a 2.5 if every thing goes well. This is on my 02 Z28. I have a bunch of pics I was going to post but they are to large to post so I have been trying to make them smaller but not luck yet.

A good rule of thumb is to keep 4-6 lobe seperation. Like 216/220 or 220/226 and try to keep the LSA on a 114 lsa or higher PSJ said he wouldn't use anything less than a 113 lsa. But this will keep your overlap down. Lift is not as important as the duration so I would stay aroud 550-580 lift to be fairly easy on the valvetrain. These are some basics to take into account although everybody is looking for some thing different so I would just talk with some of the reputable sponsers about what your goals are and what you want your car to sound and drive like ETC... I went with a 224/581 230/591 114+4 I picked the 114 because I still wanted to be able to hear the cam and still have good performance. Althought I am told that the stock cam is a good blower cam.
Good luck.

Thanks for you're help. I would like to see what kind of #'s I can get with a solid. Not to many LS1 blower cars have them.
