Rear mount exhaust / manifold question
I had intended to run dual 2.5" exhaust into a single 3" into the turbo, but the hooker manifolds I bought have 2.25 inch collectors. Is there any reason to step up size after it necks down like that or should I just run it as it?
I have posted several threads / questions in regards to changing up turbo size since I was worried my motor may be choked by a T4 flange/ 1.15 ar housing in the engine bay. I had decided to bag the turbo idea since I wasn't sure I wanted to try to fit a larger turbo with a T6 flange under the hood, and just get the car on the road instead of buying twins to make packaging easier up forward. But.... since I had to run exhaust out the back anyways, I decided to just put my little T4 under the back seat, instead of a muffler build thread to follow shortly
