I get a little on a cold start for about 30 seconds, you have to clean it once in a while haha.
I cut the whole front x-memeber out and put in a piece of chromoly tube so I have plenty of room for the pan.
Put another 60 miles on it yesterday cruising around, and it was cold out. Thing is quite as can be with the windows up.

Bringing it back this thread from the dead.
2000 hard miles this summer and all is good, no problems yet! Still no track time but I plan on sneaking some runs in this spring.

Thanks Ryan! Can you believe after all of these years it is my first turbo LS vehicle! I have worked on so many now and I forget that I finally have one hahaha.

No I have not weighed it yet. I hope it checks in lighter then it did back in the day with the V6 though. It was 3379 with me in it before, but I think it should be around 3300 with me in it now.

Vacile, no its not caged yet so track time will be limited.
Ryan, you should these little trucks work darn good with some HP. I drove the red one above for a couple years with a 5.3 MP112 4l80e combo that made 500rwhp we called it the drift-10.
