Need opinions on head work

Need opinions on head work I am in the process of getting everything together to do a stoker 408 and am at a dilemma on what to do, if anything, with my heads. They are TEA stg II 6.0L, o-ring'd heads, 2.02/1.55, that flow 295cfm (peak - intake) @.5500.
I have heard a few opinions that my flow needs to be well over 300cfm for a stroker motor. I can send them in and get the hand finishing and a larger intake valve, 2.055, to get my flow up around 315cfm. My question is, would the costs be worth it for a blown application? I have the Magnacharger Radix supercharger that will be going back on this motor. The costs will ring in at about $400, or so.
The cam will be a FMS cam 228/232 .575/.585 114 +4.

I'd consider running a bigger exhaust valve but other than that I think it's okay.
I am running 2.02/1.57 stage I 6.0 that flow around 300 @ .600 and 220 @600, so they are decent but not amazing. See sig.
