LS Turbo w/ straight methanol
The reg is 1:1 with boost
My pulley is 43 percent of engine speed.
Timing is 23 degrees at 12 psi but i plan to increase that number next time out
12 an to belt drive pump
10 an from pump to y
8 an from y to rails
10 an return line
You got it.its pretty simple really.i use the biggest darn regulator that fuelab sells.i had a med size aeromotive one and it couldn't maintain the pressure above 3000 rpm.

only 4 regulators i know that can keep up and two of them look like damn spaceships. only the fuelab and weldon have two ports and the fuelab ended up cheaper so I bought it. im happy i did . very well made regulator
I am building a set up right now with an ms3, msd 6012, 4 550lb injectors and 8 30lb injectors. Blending from %100 sequential gas to %100 batch fire methanol.

where do you plan to have the 4 injectors located?
im using 160 lbs injectors. the holley adjusts the base table for you based on the injector size. so you could take an ls2 tune, double everything, set your injectors to 500lbs and it would be close.
how much power are you trying to make? my 160lbs at 900hp are at 66% or so duty cycle at a base 63 psi. i can bump these to 90 psi base and they would effectively be 320 lb injectors(which is exactly what the 500lb injectors are= they flow 500lbs at 90 psi.)
i think 160s should be able to support over well 1500hp on methanol at high pressure.

Well, how much is kinda a range (900whp to 1500whp). I told Moran 1500whp through a 400 and 9" would be max for this engine & I didn't want to be limited by injectors so they said do the 500's which are rated at 90psi and I should be around 70% dc at the 1500whp. I'm liking the Holley setup the more I look at it, just gotta save my pennies up.
160 injectors... 90 psi = 320lbs. *8= 2560lbs per hour ,*80% duty cycle
= 2048 HP that they can support on methanol.
and you can get a set of 8 used for the price of one moran injector.
hey, i just saved you over 2 grand. thats your hp efi and mechanical fuel pump setup right there. youre welcome
$2640 for injectors... i think i paid less than that for my 8.5 roller lol.

. MRE's have been proven to have superior spoolup over other injectors and have seen too many people have great luck from them to cheap out in this area of the build. There is no way 160's at double their designed psi would be as controlled and accurate as the MRE's which are designed to function at 90psi from the get go. If I was doing less of a budget and not building for down the road, maybe I would have considered some smaller/cheaper injectors, but thanks for your input/suggestions.The Holley system I'm looking at with the "add ons" is over $3k. Guessing that will be next season.
No problem man. If you cam afford it more power to you.I'm using the Ford factory 160s and spool time is 0.8s to 10 pSi afr is dead stable down track.
I bought them from a top sportsman guy for $100 lol and if i ever out grow them I'll spend about $400 and add a set of mechanical injection lines and nozzles and have a dual setup running off the same pump for cheap and just have the Holley do all the necessary corrections.
Not that I've thought about it a lot lol

That would work very well and a nice way to add the supplement fuel needed. I like that idea alot.
If you take an injector that flows 160lbs @ 43.5 psi and turn it up to 90 psi it will flow 230lbs
