How big of a nitrous shot with a procharger?

well I would say "safe" It is all in the tune! With a bad tune you my be about to blow up now! But with good tune 25-50. And what injectors do you have (if the shot is dry)? What is the power you are at now?

I'm going to start out with a 35 shot and move on up very slowly. I dont want to get too crazy with it, just a few tenths so it will run in the 10s in the hotter weather..

Nitrous will definitely cool the intake temperature, but it will also add a LOT of cylinder pressure. When nitrous is used with forced induction, it doubles the shot. For example, on boosted motor, a 50-shot of NOS = approx 100RWHP.
I'd say go with no more than a 100-shot MAXIMUM. More than that and you will either lift the heads and/or crack the aluminum block, regardless of how good the tune is. Just ask "The Horsepower Store." Oh wait, they went out of business after their car blew up (10PSI ProCharger + 150-shot of NOS).
