Default LQ408 and a V3 Si

Is anyone running this combo? I know its a smaller blower and the YSI is the better choice but I have the V3 on my car now so I was thinking I might just use it for awhile until I can step up to the YSI. Just looking to see what kind of numbers on what boost levels people are making. Most 408s here are turbo'd but I figured I'd ask.

A&A has their ls7 car making 744/659 with a good looking curve. On a 3.4" pulley. This is the highest I can recall. Remember boost is only resistance and since you are not a stock motor it won't be a direct comparison.

Most will say it maxes by 700. But looking at the curves of the near maxed out ones it still holds out pretty well.

Depends on your goals.

my only goal is more then what I have now on an engine thats built to take it. I'm pushing my luck with 12 psi on a LS3 just over 600rwhp. I know some have gone higher but I dont trust it. Ive been looking into the TSP 408 Long block with stage 2.5 ported LS3 heads and their blower cam but I was worried the lil V3 wont crank out enough air to feed it. A YSI will be in the future and will shoot for 800 to the wheels...until thats not enough

It is addictive. What's the current setup? There are some 700 and a few 800 hp stock ls3 cars running around. Not that I would trust them long at those levels.

The v3 is capable of pushing the limits of what most people are comfortable with. You aren't too far from it now though.
