86mm GT55 on a 427?

86mm GT55 on a 427? Hi Guys,
I recently purchased a turbocharger that I'm planning on putting onto a 427 LSX. However I've encountered a small problem... This turbo is a Garrett 86mm GT55 (Billet comp wheel) which I believed was a GT5518R however the 5518R has a 118mm exducer whereas this turbo appears to have a 122-124mm exducer. The turbine side appears to have the std gt55 111mm exhaust wheel in a 1.12 rear housing. Any idea on what this thing is, or more importantly what to expect from it?
