I just picked up a PSC1 Procharger kit for my 06 GTO and it came with everything but injectors. My motor is completely stock and I plan on running a mild tune. What size injectors should I run? After doing some research the best answer I could come up with is 60 lb/hr but I'm no expert on the matter.

60# injectors for pump gas, bigger if your going to run e85.

what are your goals? how much power?

60s are fine on pump gas till 600hp or more depending on how much you want to crank up the base fuel pressure to. I too would suggest you go bigger if you want to run E85

The big question is what kind of power are you looking to make? But for a P1SC, stock motor, and "mild" tune I'm guessing 60's will work well.
