Another Help me choose my turbos thread !!!!

A couple of months ago I wanted to swap from 347ci ST80 to 408ci Billet S480 ETR-HO.
But I found a good deal on Complete PTK Twin Turbo kit so I'm now on the search for the right turbos for 408ci 9:1 LSX 6bolt TR6060 C5 ZO6.
What I want is Under 4000rpm spool , Pulls to 7000rpm and makes 1400+rwhp.

What do you guys recommend? PTE7275 CEA , Turbonetics Billet 7675
Or is it too much turbo?? Anything from BW ? What A/R ?

Please keep in mind I have to make sure I get the right turbos since the cost of shipping 1 turbo is almost $500

Here is what the setup looks like the previous owner had TC76s so the kit will fit big turbos.

7275s should be at a good spot on your goals IMO.

Is the kit coming with those turbos ?

Might be more cost effective to have them upgraded locally ? instead of buying new units, if postage to wherever you are is so expensive ?

I bought the kit without the turbos I really was happy to find the kit and I can choose my turbos ..
