This has likely been brought up but I'm wanting to offset the turbo to passenger front. My question is could I bein drivers out infront of engine and then merge the passenger pipe into the one from drivers and just have one piped angled however right to turbo?

As long as both pipes flow into the turbo, you shouldn't worry too much about how they merge. Unless you're going for broke, you'll be just fine.
