Compression Ratio and boost
Compression Ratio and boost I'm looking at a Shortblock... and was wondering about what the compression Ratio would be and if I would be safe to boost it.
Forged LS3 427
Scat 4.125" Forged crank
Eagle 6.125" Forged rods
Wiseco Forged -11cc Dish pistons 4.070 bore
deck clearance - .005
Looking at LSA heads as cast or possibly LS3 heads
0.054" Head Gasket thickness.
Ls3 intake for now
Boost thoughts- twin set up possibly 67mm's... Haven't fully decided.
Could all this run 12-16 Psi boost on 93 or would I Have to run E85 and meth?
