Is my cam efficient enough? So I'm going to twin turbos this spring and I'm trying to get my setup as efficient as possible without having to change out something if I don't have to. The engine is a forged 383, 9:0 compression, studded 243 heads, ls6 intake. Fuel system will be capable of 800-1000 hp. The turbos I'm looking at are gt35 ar.82 t4 housing. The hp goal is anywhere between 800-1000 hp without having to boost it to death. It is a 95% street car so I'm not looking to be all top end. My current cam is a 597/609 228/234 115 lsa. I'm not a cam pro, so would this cam suit my purpose or is a custom cam in order? I would like some cam lope so I'm not really interested in an ls6 cam.
