Which turbo with my build ? Hi guys, i´m gathering some stuff together for my 2002 WS6 turbo build.
Here is what i have.
Engine:
LS1 with ARP head/main studs and ARP rod bolts.
Stock LS1 heads. 10.1:1 CR
LS1/LS6 intake manifold + throtllebody.
Camshaft: will get some custom ground, any reccommendations on that ?
Drivetrain:
Built (750 hp) 4l60e transmission.
Circle D Specialities 4000 - 4200 stall.
3.23 diff.
Turbo setup:
Huron Speed V2 Single T4 Turbo Kit
Turbos which i´ve been looking at are: BW S400SX-76R BILLET* and S400SX-78R BILLET* with race cover. Should i go with 1.10 A/R or 1.25 A/R.
Wastegate: Undecided.
My furture plans are to put a 370 forged motor in, and a TH400 trans, aiming for 1000 rwhp+, so i want to go wit the biggest turbo my LS1 can handle. I will also put in meth injection.

I will not go mad with the boost until i have built motor, i just don´t want to buy another turbo further down the road in the build because i live in ICELAND and the market here is very small for used parts and rediculously expensive !
