It was not exactly directed to you. At the time it was actually "madmike" it was for. Hey i never wanted to see any bashing on this mans thread. i came back into the thread to see if any updates were made. I was enjoying the build and I am still waiting. I am not here to even make a sarcastic remark. Like I stated before...I would like to see an update and what train has in store for his build. I take notes from these build threads.

haha I missed out on all of this. You guys heard the internet version vs what is reality. Here's what happened in reality, Thursday night Flash...I mean david's car agreed to a dig like a race should be settled. I sat at LMR for 3 hours thursday night with all his boys and he would not answer my phone calls or texts and never showed. He also went to bed early Saturday morning while everyone was out racing and we had races locked up. Also the video that you saw of us was edited we had a 10-15 minute conversation and there were key parts of that conversation that never made it into the video like why were you a no show last night? Why not come up to the TX2K dig night and race up there - He had no interest in driving 20 miles in rush hour to a private air strip to race but wanted to race there in rush hour when he showed up. I went out racing with all the locals the whole week of tx2k...david's car was nowhere to be found racing ANYONE. I've also been told and seen a few text messages that have said David's car was no where near race ready so he showed up at the hotel in rush hour to save his face.Times have changed. I like dig racing. It's not my fault he can't #1 show up to locked in races and #2 not my problem he can't get David's proven 8.40 car that was delivered to him turn key down the road with traction control...funny that car has never been anywhere near as fast as it was with a much smaller setup when David had it vs his big motor/big turbo setup now. I'll be all over this year racing and will be making another trip to Texas with someone from there paying for my fuel so if any of you wanna talk some **** let's set something up on the street

The hoosier radials are the best tire imo but they go away after 6-7 hits. Still lots left but they just go away. I tried the hoosier QTP it worked decent then a friend gave me a set of these 28x10.5 et drag stiff walls and I haven't got them to spin yet. I want to stay radial but they just go away too fast but they'll take any sort of power new. So far the 275 hoosier radials and ET drags work identical. I may be a slick tire ****** from here on out on the street and use radials at the track...hell IDK. Point being if your looking for a good tire use the 275 hoosier or so far I'm having good luck with these used 10.5's

I'm not trying to get involved in the flash /train drama so I'll start with thAt. If flash isn't a mechanic it would make sense he pays a professional to work on a 8 sec car. It's not like a 12/11/10 sec ride . If he does it himself to impress inter web people and he didn't do something right it could end badly real fast. ..As far as bought not built I would say someone built it and he has the money to buy it and enjoy it. There are shops all over building peoples cars for them. It's all good when everyone has fun and stays safe.

Does **** blow all over the car on cold start or what, I kinda want to do it just for the lulz this guy has his exhaust coming out the damn hood factor.
But don't want to if the car ends up a mess everytime you fire it up.
To keep the thread on track and about Fr8train, I really liked the blue flame picture on FB at night. Thats badass. Does it blow water out on startup, or not at all, I figure not much since its such a short pipe and condensation probably doesnt get in there much.
