Fuel pump in tank and in-line thoughts. I recently purchased a car from someone. It is running the on3 turbo setup. He stated that it was on the car prior to him getting it. He was having fueling issues and had purchased but not installed a 340 in tank pump. I recently installed it and after taking a look around I found an in-line fuel pump as well. It got too late last night to get information off the pump. I also found it is running to a fuel pressure switch. My initial thoughts are to remove it all but I wanted to see if there was any reason to keep them both. To be clear they are both connected to the same line.

As long as the inline isn't a restriction, its there to increase the pressure potential without hindering flow. Find out what the inline is. If its an 044 or something similar, it'll work great with the 340 in tank.

Sorry it is a vacuum pressure switch. Which is another concerning point. Being new to forced induction though it could be done right. It was connected with a t fiting to the top of the blow off valve.
