The block was filled when it was bare. We ran a ball hone through it after it had cured and put it all back together. It is filled to the bottom of the lower water pump hole on each side.

Good practice would be that you fill it and check the bores for roundness and bore/hone if necessary. We're lazy and didn't do that.

I saw on YB they finally hurt the motor. Wasn't bad though. Over 100 passes and almost two seasons on it. Great job guys.
