Can you guys give some details on how you filled the block? I want to do a half fill and I know how it's "supposed" to be done, just want someone to tell me it can be done without machining after and will be fine. Hoping that's the case here since it's SBE
Was the block filled bare or assembled? Hone? Torque a head or mains down while it cured? Sorry about all the stupid questions but I figure since you're the ones gettin it done, you're the ones to ask.

Good practice would be that you fill it and check the bores for roundness and bore/hone if necessary. We're lazy and didn't do that.
