Quoting core sizes by HP is just plain stupid.

And the general rule...bigger is better.

So far only done street tuning so no 1/4 mile data, but over 6.5 seconds at 17-18 psi I've seen pre IC temp of 235 and post IC temps of 112, water/meth is off. Also seeing roughly 1.2 to 1.5 psi pressure drop across the IC This is with the 9" dual in/single out Treadstone.
