lose power when vortech v9 was installed hello everybody have you had a problem like this before? my brother´s 98 camaro had 390whp and 367wtq N/A but today we went to dyno tune because of the v9 gtrim install and the first pass was 322 whp left the afr to 10.9 and 13 degrees and throw 335 aprox next pass was at 11.8 and 16° and improved at 350 next just a little more timing and with the cut out open we got 365 whp... we were like wtfff more timing or less gas just gave us a little knock... i forgot it was at 6 psi
how it can be possible to lose almost 30 whp even on boost and not having kr and leaving the afr and timing as it should be?
any suggestions?
