See this makes me nervous that its same problem i had. Back when i first got the car, someone flashed a stock 01 OS onto my 99 saying it was faster/better (i just wanted my O2's turned off). Ever since we did that, the thing was a bitch to tune and it really showed its face when i went SD. When i remembered that and mentioned it to my current tuner, he reflashed everything back to the way it came from the factory and started clean. No problems since.
How many "write entire" can you do before the PCM is trash
The alternator/generator code will not keep the car from running. I had that code as well after repinning mine. If you want to fix that, run a wire from RED connector, PIN 15 to the B pin on the alternator plug. Until I did this, my alternator wasn't even working.
Have you ran the car SINCE doing the re-pin? Like before you did all the turbo stuff?
I didnt know there was a limit on how many times you could "write entire" the PCM but i am a complete noob in the tuning world.

If I were you, I'd get a stock tune back on it. I'd get a stock MAP sensor back in it and then try to fire it up without touching anything other than maybe the injectors... do you have proper data for the injectors? I think Denmah said he has the info in some of his tunes, you could certainly download one of those from his site.

I've done quite a few complete writes on my PCM, but I use efilive, not sure why it would be any different, but I don't see why doing another "write entire" is going to hurt anything... just make sure your car battery has a good charge.

I did a boost leak test again and have a leak around the injectors, but don't think that's my problem.
However ill fix it before I attempt another start!
It's idling rich so he just emailed another tune so hopefully everything goes smoothly..
I put the red wire to power, black wire to ground, and yellow wire to signal, all from the original intake map pigtail.
When in my scanner, I'm reading almost a constant 90 kpa and it hardly moves at all. It's idling rich and I'm unsure where the scaling and offsets for my map are in hptuners that I keep reading about...
Could my wiring be wrong?
I've only been playing with this software for about 3 weeks now.
According to these two diagrams and pictures, I have my power and signal wires switched in my pigtail... can someone verify that this is wrong or correct?
