Default turbo back pressure

Currently I have a twin turbo setup with not the best turbos they are magnum/master power brand. I was talking with someone about making above 1000 whp and he was telling me the turbos i have being old technology and the turbine wheel being smaller than the compressor that he doesnt think they are capable of such power because of back pressure if the turbos where a precision or turbonetics it would make alot more power because the turbine is bigger or the same size as the compressor being newer technology and I would run a smaller turbo....

A lil info on my setup

Forged 5.3, TEA/TFS 220 turbo heads, twin 70 magunum turbos 69x91 58 trim on the compressor .70 a/r housing 65x74 76 trim on the turbine .68 a/r housing, stainless works turbo headers 1 7/8 primarys, 3" fender exit exhaust dual, super victor intake, 6160 elbow and 102 tb.... cam is being speced... Gona run E85... through a TH400...

Do u guys think I would benifit greatly from a better new technology turbo or is my setupok for my power goals?... I seen a few cheap turbo 5.3 builds making big power around where i wana be with lesser quality parts but u never know what to believe on the internet...

The turbos are sized just fine. 69/65 isn't going to be restricted when only being fed the exhaust from 2.65 liters. My On3 76mm has a turbine that size (slightly larger A/R) and is being fed by all 8 cylinders.

also real data helps over some guy just saying something. put a pressure gauge on your hot side and see how close it is to your cold side. if you have way more back pressure than positive pressure theirs a problem

We'll see what happens piecing together a fuel system and get a nice converter for it and find out...
