Ls1's typically like a reverse split duration, with about a 114 LS. You don't want to much duration since you don't want to bleed down cylinder pressure. Around .560-.580 lift is about ideal. Their are tons of different options. Try contacting Seth and combination motorsports. He's VERY good with turbo cams on the LT1 and LS1's.

lol lucky you it's a good couple of hours on my car. I'm thinking maybe something like a 230/225 .590/.570 on a 115lsa ???? How does this sound? Also how much advance should I have ground in for a turbo cam?

It's all being installed next week.
The Meth cell will be my stock coolant res. The nozzle will go into the intake tube right before the throttlebody. Other than that pretty simple. The dual stage boost controller will auto arm the system when flipped to Hi and there is a low fuel light for the Meth cell. It's a pretty slick kit. If interested check out this site.
