Default Single Turbo kits $799.00 Use coupon code for discounts!

Some of you will remember this kit.
We will be making a run of these kits very soon.
They should be ready in 4-6 weeks.
Price $799.00 plus shipping

Requires truck manifolds.

Here are the benefits of this kit.

Retains the stock K-Member, That's about $650.00 you don't have to spend!

Retains the stock fans, That's about $300.00 you don't have to spend!
Retains the stock radiator.
NO cutting of the radiator support!!

Let me be clear about the oil return from the turbo, I recommend using a oil return pump.

However, we have customers that tell us that they ran the return hose
up and over the K-member and in the oil pan and the oil returns just fine.

We had other guys ask for the mount in the past.
I'll make a few extra if you what one.

Do you happen to have other pictures of this it in use? Maybe a build thread showing it and extra parts needed?

Very tempting as my current exhaust sucks and I'm looking for a good excuse to get rid of it/upgrade

Lil'John: We sold 10 of these kits a few years back. One guy reported just over 600 rwhp @ 11 psi.

Maybe some of those guys will chime in with there results.

Pretty sure I met someone at the track with this kit. I want to say he had a oil return pump like recommended. Had to actually look for the turbo it's almost hidden down there.

Could you please post some more pics of the kit installed? I did a search and some previous pics showed having to notch the factory k-member.

Could you post some pics of a completed kit with a cold side on to show ideas for how one would run?

Would a Turbonetics TC78 w/ a 1.15AR exhaust housing fit?

Would a generic ebay type 60mm wastegate fit?

What you see in this pic is included.
It comes setup with 2 bolt flange that fits Tial 38 mm style gates.
We use a Tail 38mm gate in the fixture when welding the WG flange.
I if you want to use a difference type or style of WG you will have to make those changes yourself.
The gate placement optimal and a 38mm gate will do the job on any turbo that will fit the kit.
We used a Turbonetics TC turbo in the building of this kit. That turbo can purchased with a 78mm comp wheel and 75mm turbine wheel.

The stock K-member will some adjustment on the passenger side. I heated the one in the pic's with a torch used a hammer to make the adjustment.
If your hammer is big enough you won't need a torch, Or you could just notch it with a saw. It doesn't take a whole lot to make it clear.
