I run a cog (LS transplant setup) on a D1SC (not the best thing to do, lol) and have no problem, how ever its an auto, so prob not getting the snap that could come from a stick car

I have a cogged sprag setup with an F1A. I have been "building" the car for the last 2 years and have yet to really drive the thing but have test ran it a few times. The spragged cog is pretty heavy but seems to work as it should. The cog kit I have was originally from EPP but I remade all the standoffs out of a bigger OD 304 round stock steel and sturdied up the whole set-up with additional bracing. The key to any cog setup is alignment and I had to shim adjust it a few times to get it right.

Wish that cog setup was still available or something similar.

Almost everything that was EPP in my setup was replaced with parts that I machined myself to greater improve adjustability, sturdiness, integrity, and looks. I have considered making a kit and retailing it if there was interest.

Hellll yeah meatball! Wish I could throw a cog on mine. I think that's why a lot of folks give up on prochargers with fbodys and go turbo. Room and belt options.
