BOV placement on intercooler?

I know the best place for the BOV is closet to the turbo but I have no space to mount the BOV on the intercooler piping from turbo to intercooler. And I have seen BOV's mounted on intercoolers. Just wondering if this is optimal? Or just put it on the piping between the intercooler and the throttle body?

My corvette has a bov in the intercooler. It's not a problem I've done a few other turbo cars of mine the same way. I've had a few without a bov works good too. Weld it in and your good.

what intercooler is that, looks to be custom, if so what core did you start with

I started with a Garrett core and built to fit its a massive giant of an intercooler.

And thanks twin_turbo! looks like im putting it there.

If it fits there and you're happy with it, just fit it there and dont worry about it.

its not that dirty ho with the 90deg pipe on the other end is it? shes been mounted on more cars than jenna jammison, haha

not sure which one you are referring to but no, both end tanks have straight exits. no rear exit. and its a brand new core.
