question about ATI D-1 normal idling

question about ATI D-1 normal idling I've had the D-1 (ATI) on for about a month and I'm not sure if my idle is normal (600 miles). I have never heard another supercharged LS1 so I have no comparison. My engine will vary from 500 to 1000 rpms a couple of times till it reaches about 800 rpms and idles fine. It will do this every time I push the clutch in and come to a stop or when I push the clutch in when I'm coasting. I've never had a check engine come light on. The other night it would not idle at all and the idle dropped down to 300 rpms and struggled to idle till it shut off. I reved it up to 1000 rpms for a minute or two then ran as usual (described above).
Questions: Have I hooked up something wrong on my kit or is it normal for it to ocsilate between 500-1000 rpms a few times till it reaches the normal idle?
Is it something in the tuning? mine is done by Ed Wright (Superchips)
I'm just trying to narrow down who I should contact, Superchips or ATI
Additional info: ATI 8-rib w/ 4.5 inch pulley 8~9 lbs, 42 lb Bosch injectors, Walbor intank, full exhaust w/ high flow cats, throttle body bypass, stock otherwise
