Early planning next round of goodies !! I'm planning for next round of upgrades been researching for a year or two on force induction leaning towards turbo but also considering procharging
I did a ls1 swap into my 90 irocz daily driver
Short list of what I have
99 ls1 block new rings, arp rods bolts
Ls6 intake
Build 4l60 3600 stall
EPS cam 228/230 around .600 lift
3 "ypipe 4" exhuast
Goal would be close to 600 rwhp then grow up to 700-800 hp
Plan of attack would be to get some 317 heads , turbo most then likely be tried and true 76 mm will probably get some arp head studs
then after that later down the road will upgrade to Lq4 block
I know currently my pistons is my weak link and ls1 isn't ideal for boost but just want to get the foot in to the door, and lq4 block would address those issues later on but for now close to 600 rwhp and still retaining daily drive ability is key and I think it seems feasible with ls1 and 317 heads
