lq4 ,pump 93 no intercooler opinion.
lq4 ,pump 93 no intercooler opinion. guys im running my nova lq4 turbo around town and all is good but im wondering if you guys thing im safe on timing with this car . safe enuff to make some runs at the track or should I scale it back some more.
the engine is stock bottom end rings at .024.
rebuilt 317s with ls9 gaskets and gmpp bolts.
206/212 cam . stock intake tc-78 turbo.
convertor is around 4400 under boost.
right now im at 12* timing up to 4600 then 13* @10# boost. on pump 93 no intercooler no meth . afr are in the mid 10s now. or should I throw a couple gallons of 110 in to be safe.
I am going to intercool it this year I just cant make up my mind on a2a or a2w . nova don't have much room without a ton of cutting .
I just don't want to break it in the mean time.

Mixing fuel is pretty inconsistent. Why not throw a meth injection kit on it? It's much more consistent and easy to tune. Also doesn't take up much space.
